Previous incarnations of this building include a grocery store with underground parkade as well as a TV production studio, but this time around the deliveries are treated with the utmost respect and care. A new double storey steel frame incorporates multi-hued glass and reclaimed elm soffits to provide a welcoming space for mothers and their support teams. New infill open web wood trusses were added to create a dramatic new roof profile while strengthening the existing roof assembly to meet current loading requirements.
