This 5 storey condominium is situated on the Red River in Winnipeg, MB, and is fully constructed with precast floors and walls that guaranteed high quality level of craftmanship and finish delivered to the site.
Due to tight site constraints on three sides of the building, the design of the building integrated with the construction process so that the half of the building adjacent the river could be fully constructed prior to the street side.
