This 9 storey hotel and parkade includes 220 hotel rooms, lobby, pool and a 9th floor conference and meeting room overlooking the campus and city of Saskatoon. Construction utilised flat two-way structural slab cast in place construction with flying form work, with each wing floor level constructed in a single week during winter construction.

The 9th floor multi-purpose space affords the nicest view of the campus athletic fields, so go Huskies!
