The Zü project consists of three new multi-family infill apartment buildings filling in the heart of Osborne Village. The ambition is to create an active main floor commercial zone full of services and amenities, all the while adding density to the dynamic Osborne Village community. The building structure is a hybrid of steel, masonry, precast and cast in place concrete with wood construction.
